just like any race this season, this should be good, even on the Lausitzring. And the rain and fog makes it even better. Apparently ChampCar is still alive according to Rainer Braun

WTF? 9-10 cars are under the compulsory pit time of 70 sec and were awarded a stop-and-go penalty. And Rainer Braun just read a message "all stop-and-go penalties are CANCELLED"...!
