Why the hell did they throw a SC in race 2 if it wasn't to reset the order?

Just bunched the field together with a lot of pissed of drivers who, as far as they knew, followed the rules and slowed down, only to be overtaken by those behind who didn't see the SC board

All they can do is either nullify the race or call the race at the SC period tbh, if that's enough distance for a result....
