The commentator explained that they seed the clouds with a pod full of chemicals or something that make it not definate but exceedingly likely that rain will happen on a certain date

Which I'm sure FOM will be thinking about for the grand prix now they know it's a thing :p

This felt like an amazing race with cars going 3 abreast and passing 2 cars in 1 corner

Say what you want about it, Fuji is a pretty amazing track for F4 cars with what feels like a 1 min straight for them to slipstream and every corner being wide enough for them to run side by side if they can....
