Further to that, Joe Saward has now posted on his blog that this is indeed what is happening and that there's going to be a battle between both Loti over the rights to the name, as Lotus Cars want to enter F1 as well. However, Team Lotus should have the upper hand as they've been to court over this before when Proton took over Lotus and unsuccessfully sued David Hunt

They should have a race to settle it once and for all....

Around Monza's oval, for the old school feel.

ART has always been a trainingground for multiple teams
I wonder how this will go, I can't see McLaren putting a talent in a Lotus car

How so? It isn't like (group) Lotus got an F1 team currently operating in F1.

Its quite simple really.

Lotus have protested about Lotus using the name Lotus. Lotus claim they own the name Lotus but Lotus are saying that Lotus don't have the right to use the name Lotus. Lotus now want to enter motorsport under the Lotus name but Lotus are saying 'Hang on, we were Lotus first' but Lotus are saying 'No, we were Lotus first and we own the right to the name 'Lotus''.

Simples.

All 3 of them are in Asia, no matter what Continental Model you use.
