This weekend has had the most amount of crashes missed by the cameras in history I think

IMO all series should have online onboard cameras like F1. We live in 2022, not in 2002. At least in F1 no accident can be completely missed thanks to F1TV.
Of course most cars they have offline cameras, but they hardly ever share that footage, and if they do, it's some cropped low quality Instagram-video with 19:6 aspect ratio.

Yeah many drivers who crashed have probably their onboard footage but doesn't want to show. Like in Alpine Skiing, I found a lot of amateur footages from practice runs on skiers instagram profiles. Or even official cameras that were available but not for tv viewers.

Or that Poznań rollover over the fence. If somebody wasn't friend of that racing driver/team, then noone would know about that

Yeah, but at least the Zandvoort lot tend to be good at capturing the action.

Spoke to the regular filming guys and none of us were able to see this unfortunately. It's a difficult spot to get a good view of (during professional events) sadly, especially for the junior formula categories it's quite eventful. It is directly opposite the main grandstand though, which had quite a few people on it. Let's hope someone there filmed it, will keep an eye out

How about this one?

Exactly what I was hoping for, haha!

Was a big one for sure. This driver had a weekend to forget, he crashed in pretty much every session.
Not sure this is one of those freak-accidents, or whether that run-off is just way too small. It's small for sure, we've seen a lot of crashes there since the renovation

And totally agree with the point of all cars having onboards. It's 2022, they'd be pretty much the cheapest part of the car nowadays. Also makes the race directors job a lot easier

They tried to flip, but clean first lap after all.

I hate that the stream is only 25fps. Makes it all blurry.

Regional Race 2 at Spa about to start. Didn't realize the first race was on Friday, but it seems it wasn't too eventful.

If only this rain would've happened in the Clio Race :8:

Well if they crash under SC they won't let them race until it's dry :slaphead:

We are witnessing the pussification of Formula Regional Racing
