Looks like the race is delayed. Coverage hasn't started even though formation lap should have started 9:50am.

I cannot believe Vesti cannot pass a car in front of him despite the long lengths of the straights here AND DRS

As I say that he goes around the outside into turn 3, great move but he's frustrated he can't do it down to turn 1 which is weird.
