Maybe they've just decided to change the GP2 lap graphic to yellow to save on the button pressing to constantly switch to it.

Drive through for crossing the pit exit line?

I thought it was a yellow line in Monaco because they're slightly less strict about it? You can put a wheel over because it's harder to get out of the pits without crossing it? :?
