yellow flags and green flags were showing at the same time

That was real phantom yellows and SC.

Red lights were flashing at the pit exit for some reason...

That was a red light...black flag

Phantom yellows.

A bit of debris at the run-off of the chicane, but no broken cars visible.

Maybe they've just decided to change the GP2 lap graphic to yellow to save on the button pressing to constantly switch to it.

Drive through for crossing the pit exit line?

I thought it was a yellow line in Monaco because they're slightly less strict about it? You can put a wheel over because it's harder to get out of the pits without crossing it?
