So, I've worked out how to open ADAC streams in MPC/VLC :)

Install the extension called User Agent Switcher (https://addons.mozilla.org/pl/firefox/a ... -switcher/)
Change your user agent to "iPhone 3.0" in the settings
Refresh/open your ADAC stream
Click play, you should get an 'unsupported file format' error or sth
Righ-click on the player and click "Copy video link" (not sure what it is in English)
You can paste it in MPC or VLC straight away or, to get the highest quality option, paste the address into Notepad, download the m3u8 playlist, open it in Notepad, extract the link with the highest quality option and replace it with the equivalent part of the "master.m3u8" link, leaving the authentication part intact. It should look like this:

Sophia was excellent in the Ginetta Juniors supporting the BTCC, beating all the guys, so I hope she does well.
