Are they doing this because of what happened last weekend? That's something completely different. Last weekend it rained cats and dogs, now it's been a little shower.

I don't think Spa events had anything to do with it. It was already common for Charlie Whiting to send the SC out even before anyone had spun after a few spots of rain.

After all, they allowed wet standing start in Red Bull Ring, hours after the sad news had come.
