Bloody Tilke, why does he alway design a mile long straight that could potentially see overtaking but then but a piece of shit chicane in front of it so no-one can get close to the car in front before it and ruins any chance of good racing.

The only part I liked on this track was the run from the fast final corner to the turn 3-4 double left hander...
I hope the other layouts of the track are a bit better.

That said, the race was pretty good, despite the horrible direction. Always some kind of racing to be seen. That Baquette is unstoppable at the moment anyway. Or his car is...dunno.

Oh dear. That won't do any good for the reputation of the entire field that finished behind him.

Well in GP2 asia and A1 GP this year he wasn't bad at all.
We will see him in Formula one next year.

A pity it took him 9 years to get that good, then. And that's not counting time spent in formulae below F3.

The man, if he gets into F1, will be held up as the one of the greatest examples of the 21st Century pay-driver, joining the ranks of Giovanni Lavaggi and Jean-Denis Deletraz.

Next year:

No reverse grids but keeping of pitstops...

Oh well, there goes the overtaking...

This generation of new kids coming from FR2.0 seems strong, particularly Vergne and "our" Felix da Costa. António claims he only got beaten by Kevin yesterday morning because the team made a mistake and fitted 12kg extra weight in the car; and that he didn't do much today because the Tech 1 car seemed not to improve its grip with new tyres as much as normal.

The kiwi-aussie rivalry should be fun, but both need to show a bit more pace in these cars.
